Romans 3:9-19 - Chart - Universal Depravity
The charts are really helpful in following the argument. This one details the universality of sin among all men, Jew and Gentile alike. Click on the image for larger on line view.
If you downloaded the last chart in MSWord format, you will find this chart is page 2 of that download. If you didn't download the earlier file, here it is again. And you can download all of the charts here.

Tony,
Thanks for these charts. They are very helpful. You know I like the "broken down into little pieces" approach. Somehow it puts everything into perspective and forces me to notice the details. Looking at it this way, we (human beings) are really a mess!
As we draw near to the end of chapter 3, I look forward to studying the most power-packed passage in the entire Bible with you. It strikes me that the only passage that might possibly have as many depths and nuances would be Isaiah 53. Thematically, they're very similar. If I had to pick only two chapters of the Bible for the rest of my earthly journey, I would have to pick Isaiah 53 and Romans 3.
Thanks for the great study. I earnestly look forward to what remains. As far as I'm concerned, you can just continue on through the rest of Romans. But I know you have your heart set on the 7 letters of Revelation.
Grace & peace,
Derek
Derek,
You are most welcome. I had a lot of help from Lawrence O. Richards in organizing the topics, though the charts are my own design.
And, yes, there is nothing quite like the good news that follows the bad, is there? Three months of woe followed by 3 weeks of pure joy. I hope you will not be disappointed in my treatment of what's left.
I never actually finished the study of Romans of which these posts were to have been a part. I have read Romans numerous times, of course - but I doubt I could have waded through the whole book with any clarity at the time. Back then was a very trying period. 'Nuff said.
I'm just getting over a nasty bout of the Norwalk Virus so I'm a bit behind in reading and post preparation. I'll try to keep up.
Blessings,
Tony
