Darwin Then and Now

Think I'm mistaken when I warn about evoltionism? Take a look at the above section from a recent online TV Guide listing (double click for a larger version). Read the words carefully - they say:
"Charles Darwin's extensive scientific research proved that man had developed through an evolutionary process."
But it did no such thing then, and it still does no such thing today. Darwin postulated that species evolved by the mechanism of the survival of the fittest. It was then, and remains now a theory. One would go so far as to say it will always and only ever be a theory since it is a postulation that can never be proven scientifically because it can neither be repeated nor disproven under controlled conditions.

Tony,

The evolution propaganda machine is powerful and very deceiving. They seem to own all mainstream TV broadcasts.

Ken Ham has argued effectively, from a "presuppositional" standpoint, that neither evolution nor the Bible can be proven or disproven scientifically. For him the question is, which is more evidentially verified? You and I both know the answer to that. The best evidence available (scientific and otherwise) points away from any idea that our ancestors were single-celled organisms, slime, sea creatures, or chimps.

Evolutionary "scientists" should spend more time trying to convince apes and gorillas that their ancestors were chimps. That would be an interesting experiment, and much more helpful to the world than spreading lies.
